Qimonda Announces Technology Breakthrough With DRAM Roadmap To 30 Nm.

Qimonda announced its technology roadmap down to the 30 nm generation and featuring cell sizes of 4FÒ², with production of 1Gb DDR2 slated for the second half of 2008. Qimondaò€™s Buried Wordline DRAM technology combines advantages including high performance, low power consumption and small chip sizes, according to the company.

Firefox 1.5 RC3 released.
Mozilla released a third release candidate of Firefox 1.5, which brings a few improvements and eliminates two bugs that recently were found in the RC2 version. The first bug referred to browser crashes when visiting allaccess.com and myspace.com as well as the usage of innerHTML, which apparently caused errors in displaying HTML pages.
